The back of the brochure states, "Mission Viejo Company, the leading builder in single dwelling homes in Orange County, now enters townhome construction with the new Aliso Villas." The brochure is comprised of a tri-folded sheet of card-stock paper with one loose sheet tucked inside of it. The price list is on the loose sheet; the floor plans and renderings of each model are the tri-fold part of the brochure. There are five models; they are described as Units A-E. The following addresses are on the price list: Aliso Villas, 23133 Los Alisos, Mission Viejo 92675 and Mission Viejo Company, 26137 La Paz Road, Mission Viejo, California 92675. The back of the brochure has a map showing the location of Aliso Villas and other residental tracts; it also has a description the complex's recreational facilities.
