Description: Responding to Bird's letter of Feb 3, 1942 (see Dbase #012), Davies explains that after careful evaluation of the situation regarding the Japanese Nisei in Colorado region, an exchange of students is an unlikely solution. However, Colorado College will admit students of Japanese heritage who are native born or naturalized American citizens, and treat each admitted student equally.
