S. E. view of the Ramon Peralta adobe in 1935. Windows, roof and chimney are visible. It was built by Ramon Peralta (son of Juan Pablo Peralta II) in 1871 and remodeled by E. Walter Pyne by replacing some of the lumber, covering part of the adobe wall with lumber and plastering other parts with cement. It was located on the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana.
