Black and white photograph of approximately 120 men, women, and children facing the camera and standing in front of a man in the foreground who is facing the crowd and holding a lottery ticket for the purchase of a Cordova house in Mission Viejo. Houses from the Cordova residential development are visible in the background as well as a Mission Viejo "Mission Bell" style of streetlight. Stamped on the back of the photograph is "The Association, 711-A#12 17th St., Costa Mesa, 92626, (714) 645-3840, Job #J-2564 Neg. #42". Affixed to back of photograph is a black and white label with "New Cordova" typed on it.
