A band is visible in the left corner with members in uniform holding their instruments. Automobiles are visible along the street as well as onlookers and people on bicycles. The Orange County Savings Bank is visible on the right and a sign for the W. A. Huff Company, Rowley Drug Co., and Central Market on the left.
