Rafael Navarro worked for the Anaheim Union Water Company for 60 years as a "Zanjero," (one who regulates the water supply in the "zanjas" or ditches); images shows Rafael Navarro standing next to his horse, Tom, and his two-wheeled cart, which was made at Bird Beebe's Implement shop in Anaheim; foliage in background.
