Description
Black and white photograph of the interior of the Barcelona model of Granada Homes. The photograph shows the entry area and staircase which are designed with a Spanish-style theme. There is a Spanish-style chandelier, a mirror with a very large ornate border hanging on a wall that has tile-type wallpaper, and a wrought-iron railing up the staircase and along the second story landing. There are two women on the ground floor and one woman halfway up the staircase. The women are three of the Mission Viejo homemakers who were invited to evaluate the models of Granada Homes. On the left is Mrs. William Morgan, to her right is Mrs. William Baird, and on the staircase is Mrs. Lee Kosla. They are each holding and comparing survey cards in the photograph. The photograph was published with an article in the Mission Viejo Reporter. On the back of the photograph is stamped, "Credit - Photography By Richard A. Pucillo, 2024 Meyer Pl. Costa Mesa, Phone (714) 646-5934" and "La Paz Model" is written in pencil.
