Description
Craftsman style bungalow located at 224 South Olive Street, Orange, California, July 31, 2003. Constructed in 1919 by the Orange Contracting and Milling Company for Dietrich and Catherine Klaner at a cost of $3,500. Dietrich Klaner owned a citrus ranch on North Tustin Street, as well as additional acreage in the Olive area. A photograph of the home was featured on page 7 of "Beautiful Orange Homes," a promotional brochure from the early 1920s that featured examples of design and construction by Orange Contracting & Milling Company. 3000 x 2000 pixels
