Description
Front view of the Fresno County Courthouse, which was completed in 1875; the county's Board of Supervisors met here for the first time on September 6 of that year. About four acres of land around the courthouse were landscaped as a park between 1878 and 1888. Two wings were added in 1893. The building was demolished in 1966.
