Lt. General Stanley R. Larsen of the Army presents special certificates of achievement to members of San Mateo's citizenry who have been responsible for supporting the Screaming Eagles division of the Sixth Army in Vietnam. Shown holding the certificates are Mrs. Barbara Schroeder, Mrs. Linda (Giese) Patterson and San Mateo Mayor Hugh Wayne. The ceremony took place at last night's city council meeting. (Times photo)
