Description
Glass plate, view negative, box unidentified, negative unidentified Accession number: JH105 St. Catherine's Orphanage, later St. Catherine's Military Academy, designed by Gustav Benrend of San Francisco, built in 1889 and located at 215 North Palm Street (now Harbor Blvd.) on the west side of the street; image shows interior view of a boys dormatory, with four rows of beds; damage to the original glass plate negative is visible at far left.
