Image shows elevated view looking south across Bluff Cove toward Rocky Point. Visible at left is the exposed area of the "Douglas Cut" blast, executed on October 17, 1924 in the construction of Granvia La Costa (later known as Palos Verdes Drive West) above Paseo del Mar.
