Description: Wedding party of Fred Grote and Mathilda Schuessler on North Harwood Street. Fred and Mathilda stand on the sidewalk at the curb with wedding party guests in vehicles in the street behind them. A sign "F. GROTE / JUST / MARRIED" and flowers decorate the wedding automobile, with the "M. Craddock Realty Co." automobile visible in background. Fred Grote was the son of Henry Grote, partner in the business firm of Ehlen and Grote. Fred and his brother-in-law, Alfred Huhn, took over the business after Henry's death in 1920.
