Image shows view looking south at Malaga Cove School, located at 385 Via Almar in Malaga Cove, from the gardens of the Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. residence, visible at far right, located on Rosita Place. A pair of trees is visible in foreground. The grammar school, built for a cost of $85,000, opened on April 5, 1926.
