Elks Hall and Public Library. The library is on the corner of W Fifth St. and Sycamore St. The Elks hall has two deer heads mounted to the front of the building. The exterior of both buildings are visible with the year A. D. 1903 on the front of the library. A message is written on the back of the postcard which is postmarked January 13, 1929.
