Description
Chapman inquires about Kanow's standing at Occidental. He urges Bird that because Kanow is a graduate of Long Beach Junior College and attended seminary in Japan he should earn his A. B. Degree from Occidental. He assures Bird that the evacuation and relocation experience has transformed Kanow "into a man of positive character and influence."
