Description
Located at the corner of I (later, Broadway) and Merced streets, built in 1889. Constructed in brick, Victorian style, with three stories and a corner tower. Later known as the California Hotel and was eventually remodeled to become a part of the White Theater complex, which was owned by T.C. White, a Fresno business man.
