Santiago Creek Flood on February 26, 1969. Temporary fill is visible as a truck dumps a load of dirt. A tractor is partially visible on the right. Sandbags and automobiles line the side of the creek. The erosion that has taken place is very close to the homes. A wall seems to be missing on the house on the left.
