Description: Orange Ice & Cold Storage Company delivery truck transporting ice boxes, with two little girls, Marjorie and Norma Short, left to right, standing on running board, Orange, California, ca. 1928. The plant was founded by their father, Clifford Short in 1923, located in the middle of an orange grove at the corner of North Cypress Street and East Walnut Avenue. The plant also operated a creamery at the same location.
