Description
Picture of Science Building of Selma Union High School located near the corner of Arrants Street and McCall Avenue. This unit of the campus was built in 1923 and demolished in 1953. Norman F. Marsh was the architect. Constructed of reinforced concrete with Neoclassical architectural elements. Building contained a 1,200-seat auditorium and included music rooms, laboratories, a drawing studio, and classrooms for home economics, manual training and agriculture. The Selma Union High School District was created in 1892, and became part of the Selma Unified School District in 1967.
