Municipal Light and Water Works Plant in Anaheim, established 1895; image shows interior of first electronic power plant, located at 119 West Cypress Street; writen in white text across bottom of photo is "MUNICIPAL LIGTIN [sic] PLANT / ANAHEIM CAL." and at very bottom, "INSTALLED BY GRIFFES [?] AND SUMNER LOS ANGELES / E.C. SHARPE / SUPERVISING ENGINEER."
