Description
Orange Harvest Festival Parade, Orange, California, September 13, 1947. Image shows view looking southwest towards the Plaza with North Glassell Street in the foreground. The first parade vehicle has a sign reading "ORANGE CHAPTER / order of / DEMOLAY", with young men riding on the running board and fender, another one stands in front of the car touching the radiator cap. Two additional convertibles and a group of bicyclists are visible in background. Crowds line the sidewalk and along the Plaza Park edge. Businesses visible on North Glassell Street are H. S.
