Description
Black and white photograph of the exterior of a Mission Ridge model home in Mission Viejo, California. The house is single story, has a Spanish tile roof, white stucco siding, and raised panel garage doors. The area above the 3-car garage has vertical wood siding. There is a short wall in front of the house's two front windows; it is white stucco with a brick trim on top. The landscaping consists of lawn, shrubs, a flower bed, and a tree. There is a sign designating the model number of "Plan 13" in the flower bed. In the driveway are two free-standing square planters with shrubs in them. On the back of the photograph is stamped "Received, Sep 19 1968, Marketing Dept." in black ink. Handwritten in pencil is "Mission Ridge Models, Pucillo."
