Full titlelawyer and the following inscription is on his head stone. Born in Savannah, Ga., Feb. 9th 1826 and Died Dec. 1st 1888. Head stone marked #2 is to Matthew Hall McAllister, 1st Judge, U.S. Circuit Court in Calif. Born in Savannah, Ga., Nov. 26th 1800 and Died Dec. 19th 1865. See the name on the steps to the plot. He was a Pioneer of 1849. May 4th 1929.
