In all - on Oct. 28.1926. Indicted 4 Counts Murder. 2 chgs. Asslt to Com. Murder. 2 chgs Robbery. 1 chg. Asslt to Rob. chg G. Larceny. Two men wounded by Kelly witnessed the Hanging, C.W. Johnson and Louis Farranda, Kelly's father, Josp. Kelly sat in silence in his cell at San Quentin, where he is serving time for robbery from Alameda County.
