Upper left image: wasp's or mud daubers' nest under board roof. Lower left image: fishing boat with four fishermen pulling up their net. Right image: study of trees on hillside.
Supplied title. Handwritten (on verso): Raymond D. Yelland. Handwritten (UR): 19. Handwritten (on verso): Brooklyn, Alameda Co[unty]/Pierce St[reet] above Monroe. Now named 11th Ave and E. 17th respectively, this was the location of Yelland's residence in Oakland (Oakland directory 1876).
