November 19th 1870 Chg assault to do great bodily harm (convicted). November 23 -- 1870 discharged by order of the Supreme Court. February 13th 1873 arrested for Grand Larceny. April 4th 1873 discharged. June 23rd 1873 arrested with Ned Eagle for Robbery and was sent to San Quentin for eight years. December 19th 1876 arrested for Infamous crime against nature -- No disposition.
