Description
Folded brochure on buff-colored paper with an image showing a street with cars parked on the front. Trees and several two-story homes are visible in the distance. Brochure interior reads: "OLMSTED BROTHERS, the nationally known Landscape Architects, are Directors of Design at Palos Verdes Estates. Their roads are famous the world over. Here no unsightly gashes mar the hillsides. The roads wind in such graceful curves that it seems as though Nature herself had planned them. Architectural control is vested in a paid Art Jury, technically competent, and entirely divorced from any interest in the sale of property." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
