Brown plastic 3 ring binder with membership lists, duties of club officers, meeting agendas and minutes, procedures from California Federation of Women's Clubs (CFWC) and General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), club budgets, newsletters from CFWC and GFWC. Items circa 1984, approx. 200 pages. Manila envelope with torn flap and separate file folder containing thank you letters, pamphlets, agendas, other miscellaneous letters, 14 certificates, notes and club history pages, approx. 300 pages. Additional copies, both loose and bound, of Club's history book "Thirty Nine Years of Progress". Approximately 500 pages total.
