Abstract: This third addendum is intended to address further changes to the proposed activities associated with the project improvements along Permanent Creek downstream U.S. Route 101 (US -101), and to amend the 2012 EIR. This third addendum has been prepared to document minor changes to the project design, provide updated information about construction, evaluate the potential environmental impacts of those changes, and amend the 2012 EIR.
