Description
Detailed, pictorial maps of the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Childrens Zoo, in a fold-out post-card style mailer. These map are even more stylized than those of previous years, reminiscent of a woodcut block technique, and presumably meant to be hung. First inclusion of the moving sidewalk on a map. A couple consulting a map, with a tour bus, Polar bears, and additional visitors in the background illustrates the cover. A separate Zoo map with a legend also references the Zoo's scientific publications, including Klauber's "Rattlesnakes."
