A brochure advertising homes and lots located in Wright and Kimbrough Tract No. 39. The Wright and Kimbrough Realty Firm produced this brochure to advertise the affordable houses available to working class individuals. The brochure includes a map of Tract 39, several photos of houses typical to the tract, statements from the realtors, and a brief overview of the tracts many benefits. The tract boundaries are Theodore Judah Elementary School, 36th Way, Tivoli Way, and McKinley Boulevard.
