24-page pamphlet outlining the rules for the handling of passenger's baggage along the Central Pacific Railroad. These rules were effective August 1, 1883 and issued by O. C. Wheeler, General Baggage Agent, and C. L. Crabtree, Assistant General Baggage Agent.
