Description
Jerry Davis served as a front for writer Alfred Lewis Levitt during the Hollywood Blacklist of the 1950s, which adversely affected many people in Hollywood, and screenwriters in particular. These prepared remarks, made by Levitt upon Davis' death in 1991, contain remembrances of their time working together and describe the anxieties of this difficult period.
