A map of Sacramento outlined by the city's zoning plans. The map is two sided and shows the city's designated residential, commercial, and industrial districts on both sides. The Sacramento City Planning Commission used this map in accordance with City Ordinance No. 412, Series 4, which regulated, restricted, and segregated the location of industries, business, trades, and apartments, and dwellings.
