Description
A realty brochure featuring lots for sale in the Curtis Park neighborhood. The James C. Carly Company advertised the large lots as a wonderful investment, located near William Land Park, and close to elementary schools. The company also advertised financial aid to build a home to those who purchased a lot in the neighborhood. The map boundaries are Donner Way to the north, Franklin Boulevard to the east, 12th Avenue to the south, and William Curtis Drive to the west. *12th Avenue changed to Sutterville Road.
