A plat map of land located in the current neighborhood of East Sacramento. The map boundaries are Improv Alley to the north, Alhambra Boulevard to the east, L street to the south, and 30th Street to the west. The Sacramento City Council used the map in a petition to rezone a portion of a residential neighborhood into a commercial zone. The map shows 31st street prior to the opening of Alhambra Theater, which gave its name to the whole street.
