Description
Folded brochure on green-colored paper with an image on the front of a large two-story home with tile roof in the foreground, a row of Eucalyptus trees in the middle and a partial view of the ocean and mountains in the background. Brochure interior reads: "OLMSTED BROTHERS, internationally known Landscape Architects, have utilized to excellent advantage the unique topography at Palos Verdes Estates in designing this area for suburban homes. Entrancing views are preserved as homes are built. When a section is built up, home values will continue to increase instead of depreciate. Protective Restrictions, effectively maintained by the Palos Verdes Homes Association and the Palos Verdes Art Jury, insure this to residents of Palos Verdes Estates." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
