The Capital City Wheelmen were a group of bicyling, and later motorcycling, enthusiasts in Sacramento. They conducted rides and races, as well as competed in other sporting activities, throughout the Sacramento region. The scrapbook documents their activities and includes photographs, newspaper clippings, and programs and invitations to events.
