Handwritten and colored undated map of T1N R1W, T2N R12W, Rancho Las Juntas, and Rancho Arroyo de Las Nueces y Bolbones (San Miguel) in Contra Costa County, California. Includes the land surrounding the present-day locations of Pacheco, Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill with landowner names and school districts. Second map consists of a printed map of Town of Pacheco dated 1869 with hand coloring and handwritten land ownership. No indication of date of added information. Includes street names bordered by High St, E St, Willow St and Fourth St in Contra Costa County, California.
