Program celebrating the 17th anniversary of the signing of the United Nations Charter, put on by the City of San Bruno, October 28, 1962. Numerous organizations participated in the celebration, including the local Boy and Girl Scout Troops, students and faculty from San Bruno's schools, and Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion, as well as various city officials.
