A map of two proposed Placerville and Sacramento Valley Railroad Lines running through several private properties. Defendants and plaintiffs used this map during a Sacramento County District Court case. A note on the back reads From Sacramento County District Court Cases Pending No. 9582 "Placerville and Sacramento Valley Railroad Company vs. D.N. Taft et al", 1863.
