Front of postcard depicts the town of Mill Valley with several houses and buildings, as well as a small network of roads, with Mt. Tamalpais in the background. There is part of a handwritten message scrawled across the bottom of the postcard. The printed title of the postcard is "Mt. Tamalpais." On the left, publisher information is listed as "E.P. Charlton & Co. San Francisco, Cal. The date is handwritten as 1904. The back of the postcard is addressed to a Mrs. George Burnstine of Los Angeles, CA. The postmark is dated 1904.
