Abstract: This report presents the study process and results of the structural integrity study (study), part of the Santa Clara Valley Water District's (District's) comprehensive 'Permanente Creek Planning Study located in Santa Clara County, California.' The purpose of the study was to investigate the conditions of concrete channel facilities along Permanente and Hale Creeks from the upstream end of the Cargill Salt Ponds to Foothill Expressway, including the Permanente Diversion. The project alignment is located in the cities of Los Altos and Mountain View.
