Description
Front of postcard shows side view of Profile Rock on Mt. Tamalpais. Profile Rock is a rock formation which looks like a human profile. The text at the bottom of the postcard reads, "Profile Rock, near Summit of Mt. Tamalpais, California. (2592 feet elevation.)" There is a handwritten message, "This is a nice card for your collection." The publisher information listed on the front reads, "Britton & Rey, Lithographers, San Francisco. 571." The back of the postcard is addressed to a Miss B [indiscernable] of Los Angeles, California. The postmark is from Los Angeles, Nov. 18th, 1905.
