Description
Folded brochure on gray-colored paper with an image of the cover showing the southwest side of the Gardner Building. Brochure interior reads: "The stores and shops at Palos Verdes Estates are being housed in modern buildings around open squares, but the effect, when these arcaded plazas are completed, will remind one of the centuries-old towns of picturesque Spain. The wisdom of the management in respect to restrictions and zoning will become increasingly apparent with the passing years. Only sufficient property has been zoned for business to provide for the maximum population, when the Estates are fully populated. Shops are within convenient reach when needed, but residential neighborhoods will always be free from stores and apartments."
