This telegraph is a reply to CCAS' telegram on November 23, 1971. The telegram agreed on the visit of 20-30 member CCAS delegation, and discuss the details of the visit in 1972. The telegraph from CCAS to China International Travel Service on 11/23/1971 is not in this collection.
