Film presents deep ocean submersible work of the Underwater Ordnance Department of the U.S. Naval Ordnance Test Station (Pasadena Annex). Features Jacques Cousteau's "Denise" soucoupe submersible (Westinghouse), the U.S. Naval Ordnance Test Station's Deep Jeep and Moray submersibles, and the CURV remotely operated vehicle.
