Description
Transmission electron micrograph of a representative untreated arf1Δ mutant cell. ARF1 encodes a small regulatory GTPase that nucleates vesicle formation in the early secretory pathway. The fenestrated structures represent aberrant Golgi. (8,000X). A sertraline treated cell is available as CIL 40411.
