Art. 1.̊ Se deroga la resolucion de 8 de abril de 1850 que declarò vigente la de 20 del mismo mes de 1847: en consecuencia, cesa en sus funciones fuera de la capital el supremo tribunal de justicia, y se previene al ejecutivo haga que dentro de un mes, cuando mas, contado desde la publicacion de esta ley, quede instalado dicho tribunal en esta ciudad

Communication of a state of Sonora congressional decree via the governor announcing the repeal of a resolution from 1847 that had installed the supreme court of the state outside of the capital. The decree calls for the court to return to the city and authorizes the treasury to fund the move.
